Planilha Ideal holds the rights to its products, services and technologies. Through the website, a free personal financial control spreadsheet is made available, as well as the visual aspect of the other spreadsheets through illustrative figures. In this way, the customer can understand how they work through the figures and the description of how they work.
1.Purchase and payment
To purchase a product, the user must first choose the spreadsheets they want, add them to the cart and choose the payment method. Planilha Ideal offers two payment methods: bank deposit and PagSeguro. After adding the product to the cart, the user can choose the payment method. If the user chooses to purchase via bank deposit at Planilha Ideal, they can request a 10% discount by sending an email to contato@planilhaideal.com.br requesting the discount coupon. After the user receives the discount coupon, they can make the bank deposit into Planilha Ideal's account. It is the responsibility of the user who is purchasing the spreadsheet of interest to send proof of payment so that Planilha Ideal can confirm the payment and send the spreadsheet via the web.
Planilha Ideal is committed to delivering the spreadsheet within 72 business hours from the confirmation of payment, via email. After the purchase is finalized, it cannot be changed (modification of quantities, alteration of products, change of payment method, etc.).
Planilha Ideal, aiming to guarantee the user's security, may contact the user to confirm the completion of a purchase, by itself or by third parties, including to confirm registration and payment data, and may also cancel the purchase, if there is any non-compliance related to any data provided by the user throughout the purchase process. The user declares to have read and to be aware of all the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the Policies that comprise it.
Planilha Ideal will not accept changes to the purchase (payment method and quantities) after the process is completed. If the customer wishes to change any item in the purchase, he/she may contact Planilha Ideal via email at contato@planilhaideal.com.br to check the possibility of changing the purchase, which may only be done if there is sufficient time for said change.
2.Return
Após a realização da compra dos nossos produtos, o cliente não terá direito ao seu cancelamento ou a devolução do dinheiro. A Planilha Ideal concede ao cliente o direito de solicitar seu produto (planilha) para avaliação pelo prazo de 30 dias. Este deverá ser realizado antes da compra. O cliente receberá a sua planilha com validade de 30 dias para avaliação sem custo algum. Neste intervalo, o cliente pode entrar em contato conosco para avaliar eventuais problemas técnicos ou mesmo para entender o funcionamento da planilha, de forma a sanar todas as suas dúvidas antes de adquiri-la. Se o cliente não tiver interesse pelo produto, a planilha será bloqueada após prazo de 30 dias. Se o cliente tiver interesse em adquirir a planilha, ele deverá fazer a compra da mesma pelo site e/ou informar a Planilha Ideal, por meio do e-mail contato@planilhaideal.com.br o interesse na aquisição.
