 Where does your company want to be in 5 years? Determine the initial planning year and develop your company's strategic plan in just 5 steps:

 1. Register the goal categories: The goals are related to the company's main areas: Finance, Sales/Marketing, Product/Service, People and Innovation (R&D). We have created some goals for each category, however, the goals are not fixed and can be edited. Each goal has a direction of "more" or "less". The direction should be edited to facilitate its detailing in the next step.

 2. Detail TWO goals for each sector, totaling TEN global goals: There are 2 goals for each category: Finance, Sales/Marketing, Product/Service, People and Innovation (R&D) totaling 10 goals that can be monitored by detailing monthly values over 5 years. Therefore, evaluate the direction of the selected goal, fill in the planned values monthly and update the values achieved for each month. To do this, follow the action plan below.

 3. Develop an action plan for each goal: The action plan is located just below the detailed goals. It can be updated and changed as your business needs change. Select the percentage of achievement dynamically as the actions are carried out. The overall management of your business's actions can be seen in the Results tab.

 4. View the overall management of your business: The progress of your actions can be viewed in summary form in the results tab. This allows you to assess the sectors of your company that are developing the most and those that need the most attention. The summary and monitoring of your actions are summarized in the final report, ready for printing.

 5. Print a report with a photo of your company: The actions of the people in the company represent whether or not the goals are being met. The printed report presents in detail how the actions are going for each goal.
